Due to snow and ice, traffic is restricted on certain sections of the roads leading to Bakhmaro and Gomismta. The Roads Department reports that all types of vehicles are prohibited from moving on specific segments.
“Because of snow and ice, traffic is banned for all types of vehicles on the Chokhatauri–Bakhmaro national road, from km 34 to km 53 (Chkakhaura–Bakhmaro).
Traffic is allowed on the section from km 1 to km 33 (Chokhatauri–Chkakhaura).”
